Jason founded the JDOM project in early 2000 along with Brett McLaughlin, and he remains the JDOM project leader. Jason is probably best known as the author of Java Servlet Programming (O'Reilly) and publisher of the web site http://www.servlets.com. He worked at MarkLogic for many years and helped build the MarkMail email search site that includes the JDOM mailing lists. He's working these days as a Principal Solution Architect at Amazon Web Services specializing on DynamoDB.

Rolf is a long-time contributor to JDOM who has stepped up to lead JDOM into the future with JDOM 2.
