Have you read any of the tutorials that Google shows for the search
that Michael suggested?  Some of them must mention printing out a JDOM
tree.  A search for "jdom print" gives XMLOutputter followed by

which might be just what you need.

Good luck.  There is loads of info out there and it's not hard to find.
