[jdom-interest] SAXOutputter bug with empty namespaces

Hi!

Obviously, SAXOutputter in JDOM 1.0 has problems with namespace-less
elements:

This linked discussion contains a patch which partially fixes the problem,
has it been fixed completely in the meantime and is there any patch
available?
