You are welcome to host jdom-related projects on tigris.org.

Right now, we only offer CVS hosting, but we will soon offer SVN hosting
as well.   If you start with CVS now, I'd be happy to help you
move to SVN later.

I think that JDOM is an important enough project to be
one of the tigris.org "featured projects", meaning that it would
be linked from every page on tigris.org.

Tigris.org helps support projects that have tools hosted on multiple 
sites by allowing you to customize the list of links to tools in
the left-hand column of the page.

The tigris.org mission is specifically to promote open source software
engineering, which usually means that we host projects that are 
developing software engineering tools (like ArgoUML and Subversion).
However, we also host widely reusable libraries, so JDOM fits into
that category.
