Well, the XML DSign spec can be read at: http://www.w3.org/Signature/ with
the actual IEEE draft standard document at
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3275.txt (the W3C Recommendation is at
http://www.w3.org/TR/xmldsig-core/ )

The Apache project that does XML DSigs for Java and C++ can be found at:
