[jdom-interest] DOMOutputter + DocType

I'm not sure, but I'm not surprised to see a bug here. DocTypes in 
DOM are very tricky. They are read-only in very funny ways. Can you 
boil this down to a simple test case? (e.g. create a JDOM document 
with a DocType, convert to DOM, see bug.)
