[jdom-interest] JavaDoc in Filter.java

Hi Jason !

I know ! It's been ages since I've hacked any JDOM, and it looks really nice.

The API looks so tidy now, it a real testament to everybody involved !

Ah.... so it does.... ! I guess that makes sense, I was wondering how it was going to affect the mutability with only the matches() method.
