[jdom-interest] jdom b8 jdk 1.4.1 patch

It beta8 is dead and gone, shouldn't we have beta9 then?  Personally,
I have not started messing with CVS. Not opposed to it, just haven't
taken the time.  But, whatever is current should be available for download,
correct?
