[jdom-interest] saxbuilder

Hi 
My xml looks like this --
<user username="1234" password="xxxxxx12" />
<user username="user12345" password="xxxxxx123" />
<user username="user123456" password="xxxxxx1234" />
When parsing this file JDOM returns errors as i have turned on the check for 
validations and well formedness of the documents.  

SAXBuilder builder = new SAXBuilder(true);
 
 
SAXBuilder builder = new SAXBuilder();--when is use this no errors will 
occur and i am able to parse the file properly.
Why does this happen or is there anything wrong with my xml file?
