[jdom-interest] parsing string with elements

Hi,
  I have a string expression which has some variables and logical expressions in it. The string looks like 
((<a> || <b>) && (<c> || <d>)) || (<e> && <f>) or ((<a> || <b>) && (<c> || <d>)) or any combination of elements and logical operations. I have to read the string and determine the value returned by the expression. Can anyone help me with this?
