I'm working a project (as yet unreleased) that will probably use at 
least some of the JDOM code base, especially Verifier). What would 
you consider to be the  appropriate way to include the JDOM license?

I'm particularly concerned about this initial clause:

It is my hope to release my code under my copyright, not yours.
