[jdom-interest] Attribute and Namespace

Brett,

Attached is my modified version of SAXHandler.java -- search "Tom" for my modification. I hope it works.

My test case is a bit complex -- I extended Element, Attribute... to support W3C DOM, such that I could use JDOM with Xalan's XPath utilities directly.
