Yes. This will be part of the legendary FilterList project, which is being
worked on as we speak.

On a related topic: if our goal is to prevent non-well-formed documents, I
suppose we should check for duplicate names too? This seems excessive to
me - I think we have to give the user a little bit of credit/responsibility.
