[jdom-interest] Parsing with validating -- DTD not found

[ploy Nanticha]

I parse my xml file with SAXBuilder(true)
but It's an error ...."External Entity not found"
I think it can't find my DTD

doc = doc.setDocType(new DocType 
"Order","D:/MyEjb/Topic/classes/MarketPlace/XMLData/Order.dtd"));
