I think, since it's pretty much an ASF license, you're free to do
just about whatever you want.

werken.xpath of course is also under an ASF-esque license, and DOM4J
has 'repackaged' it into the org.dom4j.* packages, and are distributing
it as a built in.

You, yourself, are also doing the same thing, with your org.dany.xml.xpath.*
packages. (Though, glad to see you left me as the @author...)

I'm cool with it, because my license says that it's perfectly legal.

And I believe that JDOM/DOM4J/anything-under-an-ASF-esque-license
also qualify to be munged, mutilated or spindled by the end-user
however they wish.
