[jdom-interest] JDOM and MVC

Hi all!

First, I'm very new to JDOM.

I want to build for example a TableModel for a JTable on top of a XML
tree.
Changes in the XML tree should change the JTable.
The problem is JDOM has no ability to register events.

Is JDOM the right place to look.
Has anybody done a DataModel on base of a XML tree.
Will there be events in further releases of JDOM.
Am I completely wrong ???

Hope somebody can give me some hints.
