[jdom-interest] Schema Location

Namespace defaultNS =
    Namespace.getNamespace(http://www.tranxml.org/TranXML);
Namespace xsiNS =
    Namespace.getNamespace(
        "http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema-instance");
Element root = new Element("TranXML_Envelope", defaultNS);

root.addAttribute(
    new Attribute("schemaLocation",
      http://www.tranxml.org/TranXML ../schemas/TranXML_Envelope.xsd,
      xsiNS));

That should work
