[jdom-interest] XMLOutputter in nonewline mode

Yeah, I noticed the following when I was cleaning it up:
// Always print new line after declaration, to be safe
out.write(lineSeparator);
Is there some XML-spec reason that there has to be a linefeed after
the declaration even when newlines are off?
