Why not just:

	jdom-DATE.src.tgz
	xerces-VERSION.src.tgz
	collections-VERSION.src.tgz

It is trivial for people to download multiple files and mostly people will just
want the changes (jdom only). With DATE and VERSION, you can also
have 2-3 recent versions laying around.
