[jdom-interest] a CDATA implementation

Both of us are in favor of adding the class.  It's been a repeated
request, something Dan wanted enought to write much of the code, and
because getText() can ignore the difference between a String and a
CDATA, we feel it doesn't overly complicate the API.

So if you have a problem with the class, please speak now.  Otherwise
I'll check it in once Dan's done with the code.
