[jdom-interest] beta 5 and the getChild() debate

I was pleasantly gone on vacation and didn't see the result of the getChild
vs getChildElement debate.  It wasn't clear to me from the archives if this
was resolved.  

I now have a fair amount of code that will break with the current CVS
release, more that will break when this debate is settled.  I am just trying
to determine when to make the cut.  It isn't mentioned in the todo list.  I
can live with any of the proposed naming schemes and I can live with it the
way it is now.
