Log Message:
Added JDOMSource and JDOMResult classes to the jdom-contrib area in the 
org.jdom.contrib.transform package.  Thanks to Laurent Bihanic 
<laurent.bihanic at atosorigin.com> for the contribution.  We'll probably
want to look at a more permanent home for these classes eventually,
either in JAXP.next or under org.jdom proper.

I also added XSLTransform to the jdom-contrib/samples area to demonstrate
use of the classes and provided catalog.xml and catalog.xsl as inputs 
(from Elliotte Rusty Harold's SD 2000 presentation).

I also added crimson.jar, jaxp.jar, and xalan.jar to jdom-contrib/lib to 
enable the sample to run.  I included README's and LICENSE files for
each also.

Finally, I modified the build.bat and build.sh to build using the new 
JARs.  And I modified build.xml to enable deprecation warnings, which I 
found useful.
