Log Message:
Made the SAXHandler smart enough to ignore xmlns attributes.  They 
shouldn't appear when SAXHandler is used with SAXBuilder but sometimes
appear with driven by a different parser, such as with JDOMResult.

Thanks to Michael Sexton <msexton at olympusgroup.com> for finding the bug
and Laurent Bihanic <laurent.bihanic at atosorigin.com> for the help in
locating the cause.
